A Beautiful Backyard Wedding
The moment I met Ashley and Willie I knew that we were going to be a great match. They are both so down to earth, loving, and value connection. The most important to them having the emotions from their day documented, it was truly so surreal to get to experience such a sweet day with the Anderson's and their loved ones! There is something truly special about backyard weddings - the intimacy, the personal details, and the way they are able to weave their love story into every corner of the space.
The eve of their wedding, Ashley and Willie wanted to do a burnout and some photos in front of it with Willie's best friend behind the wheel, how cool! They are both racing and car fanatics, so this was such a fun thing to include for their wedding festivities. We started the day at Kyle & Co. in downtown El Dorado to get ready with the girls. Makeup, music, and dancing around with Ashley and her mother and daughters was so much fun! In our call Ashley and Willie expressed how important it was that she wanted to be present for their wedding day. They wanted a celebration that was personal, relaxed, and full of genuine moments. Their backyard, surrounded by tall pine trees and the warmth of their closest friends and family, became the perfect setting for their vows. You could feel the love radiating throughout the day - whether it was the way they held each other's hands, the proud smiles from their guests, or the tears of joy that everyone shared. After the ceremony, the backyard was transformed into a charming area for the reception. The place really came to life with the music, dancing, and delicious food. Ashley was born and raised in New Orleans, and they had to include some of their Cajun roots. It was amazing! Such a beautiful and heart felt day.
