I believe that no occasion is necessary to get awesome photos of yourself. Shooting portraits is so much fun because I get to know you on a deeper level and I get to see you be creative. Whether it's for graduating seniors, rebranding for your business, or just for fun, together we can create something meaningful. That is one of the things I love about portrait sessions, we can create whatever your heart desires. Hiking to a waterfall? Done. Throwing paint around? Done. Do you need a reason to do a portrait session? No! Celebrating your graduation, proud of yourself, or just want new photos of yourself are all reason enough. I want to capture you and everything that makes you who you are.
I strive to give direction that allows you to feel comfortable and encourages you to move around, by giving you intentional prompts. This will allow for candid images that tell a story.
I will not work off of a predetermined shot list, I live to capture the candid moments. When you look back on your gallery, I want you to see the moments that you remember and the ones you didn't even see happening.
I promise to always be thinking of you and your vision, that is what is most important to me.

I may be a photographer, but it is my hope to be more than that for you. I want to be with you every step of the way. I want to help you plan the most special session for you, one that represents who you are. I would describe my editing style as natural and warm, in the moment, adventurous, and fun. I aim to deliver timeless photographs that never go out of style. I want to showcase what makes you who you are. With me, we can create lasting memories that showcase the most creative parts of who you are.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU GET IN FRONT OF MY LENS
When we first arrive at the destination, my camera will not be pointed at you. I want to talk to you and let you get comfortable. Every client is unique so each session is unique. When we start taking photos, I want to make it a smooth process. Lots of past clients have never stepped in front of a camera before their session, so I like to begin with walking. You can expect to do some moving around and talking a lot. With portraits posing does play a big part of how the photos will turn out, but I do not want you to worry. I do not want you to stress out about how to pose, I will be there to help! If music makes you comfortable, let's make a playlist to blast during your session. I want you to feel empowered and beautiful during your session, so let's go make some art!

Think we would be a good fit?
The process:
I. Book the date.
First thing I like to do is get your date down + talk about what locations you are wanting for your session. This is typically done over a zoom call, I have loved adding the option for a zoom call so we can meet and talk before hand!!
II. Contract + Retainer.
After we figure out the date + locations, I will send over a contract and invoice. These will both need to be signed and returned to me to confirm your date. 50% of your session fee is due the day of booking and the remaining 50% is due the day before your session.
III. Take the photos + Deliver memories.
Now to the fun part!! The day of your session I ask you to arrive 10 minutes early. We will greet and talk for a bit and the start shooting. After your session, your full gallery will be delivered within two weeks!!
What is your turn around time?
For portrait sessions, I guarantee galleries within two weeks after the session date. Sometimes it is sooner, it just depends on my workload. I know you will be ready to get your photos back as quick as possible, but the full gallery will take some time! I want to make sure everything is perfect and up to my standards.
Do you deliver RAW photos?
Nope! Editing the photos I take is where the majority of my time goes and what makes the photos look how my style is. If you feel like I missed something from your session, message me. I want all of my clients to be happy with their session!
Will you photoshop me?
Each image you receive from me will be retouched, meaning removing blemishes, bruising, etc. I will not manipulate or change your body in any way. I want to show off what makes you beautiful and unique.
How do we receive our images?
All retouched photos will be delivered through an online gallery with high-resolution images. You are able to download and share photos with friends and family. You are also allowed to print photos from my print shop!
Do I have to print through your print shop?
No! You are able to download and print at a lab of your choosing, however I am not responsible for photos printed by any other printing lab.
What is the payment process like?
I require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to hold your date with me. The remaining 50% will be due the day of your session. I will send you an invoice and you can pay with a credit or debit card. The Senior Deluxe Package is a little different. 25% of the total will be due as the non-refundable retainer at the time of booking, 25% will be due the day of the first session, at the final 25% will be due the day of the final session.
Do you travel?
Absolutely! I love traveling outside of Arkansas to my clients. A travel fee that covers flight, lodging, and transportation will be added on top of the photo session fee. This rate is dependent on the location and how early I'm able to book travel - email me about your session and I'm happy to provide more information. Any Arkansas location that's a 1+ hour drive also includes a travel fee.
Is tax included in your pricing?
Yes. The pricing you see has taxes included.
